Our daily hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 11AM - 4PM. We are closed on both Saturday and Sunday to make time for family and to honor the Sabbath and keep it holy.

PDF DOWNLOADS
Our site is now being upgraded. For now, ALL PDF credit card orders are run manually. After your credit card has been run, you'll be sent a username, password and a download link. Please allow 24 hours to process your order on a weekday. If you place your order on Friday after 4PM, your order will be processed the next business day.

MODIFYING ORDERS
For security reasons, we can only modify orders or send account information when the request comes from the e-mail address or name that is associated with your Alexander Publishing or Truespec Systems account.

We can only read and respond to messages in English.
